Leonard Zuk, B.B.A., C.A.


Leonard graduated from the Schulich School of Business in 1979 and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1982.


He has been a partner in public accounting practice since 1983 providing advice to management and owners of privately held corporations, partnerships, trusts and professionals. He provides strategic business advice with a view to issues dealing with tax minimization and estate planning, restructuring, banking and creditor proofing, business and operations management and wealth preservation and succession.


His clients operate in the construction industry from land development to construction and property management, the automobile industry through numerous dealerships, leasing companies and associations and numerous other varied industries including the manufacturing, retail and wholesale distributions sectors.
